About The Position
AiLO Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A local drivers out of Compton, California. Drivers earn $70,000–$100,000 per year, with pay up to $30.00 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Routes run within 250 miles of the yard, with drivers home every day and steady, year-round dedicated dry van freight. The position is a W-2 company-driver role, not 1099, with company equipment and professional dispatch support. Freight is 99% no-touch. Pay is weekly via direct deposit.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Safety-focused and reliable.
- Meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
