About The Position

AiLO Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A Team Drivers out of Compton, California. Drivers haul dedicated dry van freight with steady miles, consistent year-round freight, and weekly home time. The position is a W-2 company driver role, not a 1099 contractor position, and includes company equipment and professional dispatch support. Pay is $0.90 per mile at the team rate, with weekly pay by direct deposit. Drivers may earn up to $150,000 per year and may qualify for a $20,000 sign-on bonus, split as $10,000 for each qualified driver. A $1,000 driver referral bonus is also offered.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
