About The Position

This position is designed for entry-level drivers with a Class A CDL, including recent graduates. The role involves high-volume dry van freight with steady, year-round miles across all 48 states. Drivers will undergo a paid training and onboarding process, including on-the-road mentorship, before upgrading to solo status with their own assigned truck. Compensation increases significantly after 90 days of safe solo driving, with further increases at the one-year milestone. A comprehensive W2 benefits package is provided.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Class A CDL obtained within the past 12 months.
• Limited recent carrier experience (no more than 3 months with any other carrier).
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum of 10 days of hands-on OTR training alongside an experienced driver mentor.
• Upgrade to full solo status with an assigned truck after training.
• Drive high-volume dry van freight across all 48 states.
• Adhere to all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.
• Utilize the passenger policy after upgrading to solo status.
• Maintain safe solo driving to achieve pay increases.
