This position is designed for new Class A CDL graduates with limited recent carrier experience. The role offers a comprehensive training and onboarding process, including paid orientation and on-the-road mentorship. Upon completion of training, drivers will upgrade to full solo status with their own assigned truck and will be part of a high-volume dry van freight operation with steady, year-round miles across all 48 states. The company offers a competitive compensation structure with significant pay increases after 90 days and one year, along with additional benefits such as breakdown pay, a passenger policy, and regular home time.
