About The Position
This position is for a CDL-A Truck Driver, specifically welcoming new CDL holders and recent graduates. The role involves a comprehensive training and onboarding process, including paid orientation, on-the-road mentorship, and a clear path to solo driving with an assigned truck. Drivers will haul high-volume dry van freight with steady, year-round miles across all 48 states. A passenger policy is available immediately after upgrading to solo status, and drivers can expect to be home every 7-10 days. The company offers a full W2 benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid holidays and vacation after the first year.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- CDL obtained within the past 12 months.
- Limited recent carrier experience (no more than 3 months with any other carrier).
- Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.

- Passenger policy is available immediately after upgrading to solo status.
Responsibilities
- Complete a minimum of 10 days of hands-on OTR training alongside an experienced driver mentor.
- Upgrade to full solo status with an assigned truck.
- Haul high-volume dry van freight across all 48 states.
- Adhere to all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.
