About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and professional Truck Driver to transport goods and materials between locations. The driver plans efficient routes, adheres to delivery schedules, performs routine vehicle safety inspections and preventative maintenance, and maintains detailed driving logs using an ELD system. Safety is a priority. The role requires regular travel and long-distance driving.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
At least two years of truck-driving experience.
Familiarity with GPS systems, CB radios, and Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) technology.
Understanding of relevant truck-driving laws and regulations.
Clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Willingness to travel regularly and drive long distances.

Nice To Haves

Graduation certificate from a trucking school is preferred.

Responsibilities

Pick up materials and goods in one location and transport them to another location.
Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
Plan the safest and most efficient routes of travel.
Adhere to delivery schedules.
Maintain detailed driving logs, including work periods, rest periods, and fuel expenses, using an ELD system.
Comply with all company policies and driving laws.
