About The Position

We are seeking recent graduates with a Class A CDL to join our team as Solo Truck Drivers. No prior experience is necessary as we offer comprehensive training. This position offers competitive weekly pay, monthly performance bonuses, and a tuition reimbursement program. Drivers will be out for 2 weeks at a time and then have 2 days home. Both OTR and Regional positions are available, with the opportunity to transfer to local routes after gaining 3 months of experience. The freight is no-touch, and pay is provided weekly via direct deposit. We offer great benefits and excellent pay. You can also take your truck home.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid CDL A.
• If no experience, must have 120 hours via truck driving school.
• No SAP drivers.
• Clean criminal background.
• No more than 2 MV's in the last 2 years.
• No speeding tickets for 15 mph over the limit.
• No year-long gaps of unemployment in the last 7 years (unless in school and verifiable).
• Cannot have been terminated from the last trucking position.
• Must be able to pass a hair test.
• No DUI/DWI.
• English proficiency required.

Nice To Haves

• Recent graduate with Class A CDL.
• Willingness to gain 3 months of experience to transfer to local routes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL truck for OTR and Regional routes.
• Transport freight with no-touch requirements.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and logs accurately.
• Participate in training and orientation programs.
