About The Position
Drive dedicated retail store deliveries and distribution center freight throughout the Midwest. Most runs serve suburban Chicago locations. The role offers no-touch freight, frequent drop-and-hook backhauls, assigned tractors, and home most days. Slip seating occurs only during scheduled maintenance. Hazmat endorsement reimbursement is available, and orientation is paid with lunch provided. Drivers receive support from a driver-focused culture and support team.
Requirements
- At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
- Must obtain a Hazmat endorsement within 90 days; the account reimburses the endorsement.
- Reliable attendance and a strong safety record.
- Ability to handle dedicated retail and distribution center freight.
- Comfort picking up backhaul loads.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Previous employment with this retailer requires approval before scheduling.
