About The Position

Pratt Logistics is hiring a Class A CDL Driver for PM routes based in Wapakoneta, Ohio. The role offers consistent freight, daily home time, approximately 80% drop-and-hook operations, 53-foot dry van work, and late-model equipment. Pay is $25 per hour, with a $2,200 sign-on bonus and a $1,000 referral bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), and paid time off. The driver safely operates a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned routes, delivers freight on time, completes inspections and required documentation, communicates professionally with dispatch and customers, and follows applicable safety requirements. Applicants are subject to Corrugated Logistics qualifications and a successful road test.

Requirements

Hold a valid Class A CDL without airbrake restrictions from the state declared as the applicant's permanent domicile.
Have commercial motor vehicle operating experience; the posting gives both a minimum of one year and a qualification of three years of verifiable experience (12 months or 150,000 miles).
Read, write, speak, and clearly understand English.
Submit complete and accurate DOT applications, including a seven-year motor vehicle record.
Account for all employment, unemployment, self-employment, and education during the past 10 years; activities during the most recent three years must be verifiable.
Meet or exceed DOT medical standards, including passing a physical examination and drug test at a company-approved facility.
Possess a valid Social Security card.
Have no reckless-driving violations or license suspensions within the last 10 years.
Meet the stated limits on moving violations and at-fault accidents, including no moving violations in the last three years, no more than one moving violation in the last five years, and no at-fault accidents in the last five years.
Have no failed or refused drug or alcohol tests.
Have no felony convictions within the last 10 years from the time restitution was completed; older convictions may be considered case by case.
Have no controlled-substance events or crimes against another person.
Misdemeanors are considered case by case.
Have no DWI, DUI, BAC, or open-container convictions in the last 10 years.
Present a clean and professional appearance.
Maintain a safe driving record and demonstrate professionalism.
