About The Position

Pratt Logistics is hiring a Class A CDL Driver for PM operations based in Wapakoneta, Ohio. The role offers hourly pay, a sign-on bonus, a referral bonus, consistent freight, daily home time, and approximately 80% drop-and-hook work. Drivers operate 53-foot dry vans and late-model equipment. The driver safely operates a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned routes, delivers freight safely and on time, completes vehicle inspections, maintains DOT and delivery documentation, communicates professionally with dispatch and customers, and follows DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements. Applicants must satisfy Corrugated Logistics’ driver standards for performance, stability, dependability, and honesty. These include a valid Class A CDL without air-brake restrictions, verifiable commercial motor vehicle experience, DOT medical qualification, successful completion of a road test, and the specified driving, employment-history, and background standards. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL without air-brake restrictions from the state declared as the applicant’s permanent domicile.
The posting states a minimum of one year of commercial driving experience in the initial job description; its Minimum Qualifications section specifies three years of verifiable CMV experience, with 12 months or 150,000 miles referenced.
Read, write, speak, and clearly understand English.
DOT applications must be complete and accurate and include a seven-year MVR and all employment, unemployment, self-employment, and education history for the past ten years; all activities in the last three years must be verifiable.
Meet or exceed DOT medical standards, including passing a physical exam and drug test at a company-approved facility.
Possess a valid Social Security card.
Meet the stated driving-record standards: no reckless driving violations or license suspensions in the last ten years; no moving violations in the last three years; no more than one moving violation in the last five years; no at-fault accidents in the last five years; and no more than two moving or non-moving violations in a five-year period. The posting also specifies limits of one moving violation for the 1–3-year period and two for the 2–5-year period.
No failed or refused drug or alcohol test and no controlled-substance events.
No felony convictions within the last ten years from the time restitution was completed; older convictions are considered case by case. No crimes against another person of any type. Misdemeanors are considered case by case.
No DWI, DUI, BAC, or open-container convictions in the last ten years.
Present a clean and professional appearance.
