About The Position

Rainier Wood Recyclers, a division of Girard Resources & Recycling, LLC, is seeking a full-time Class A CDL driver for their Covington location. This position involves operating 53ft Dry Van, Flatbed, and Hook trucks, with year-round employment and consistent hours (40-60 per week). The company emphasizes paying key to key with zero non-productive time. A new hire bonus of $4,000 is offered, paid in increments after 90 days of incident-free employment. All applicants must pass a test drive and a DOT pre-employment drug test.

Requirements

Must be able to perform physical tasks such as tarping loads, climbing in and on trucks.
Must keep an organized and professional appearance at all times.
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Be self-motivated and reliable to meet performance standards.
3 years of CDL driving experience with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Operate safely and efficiently a variety of trucks including transfer trailers, side dumps, and truck & trailers.
Perform pre-trip inspections and fill out log before operating vehicle.
