About The Position

Transport intermodal freight between two rail yards and customer locations in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. Drivers typically complete 2–5 loads per day within a 250-mile radius. Routes do not include New York City. The role offers daily home time, priority loading and unloading at designated rail yards, and steady year-round work. Tractors remain at the terminal during time off. This is a slip-seat operation, with manual and automatic trucks available; drivers must be able to operate both transmission types unless restricted by their license.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions unless restricted by the driver's license.
• Obtain a hazmat endorsement within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Transport intermodal freight between rail yards and customer locations.
• Complete approximately 2–5 loads per day within a 250-mile radius.
• Operate manual and automatic trucks, unless restricted by the driver's license.
