About The Position
We’re seeking a reliable Class A CDL driver to deliver retail merchandise using dry van and pup trailers. Routes operate throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, with a combination of drop-and-hook and live-unload deliveries. Drivers should be comfortable with varied assignments, occasional liftgate unloading, and changing weather conditions.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to obtain a doubles endorsement within 60 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Deliver merchandise to retail locations across WA, OR, and ID.
- Approximately 50% of loads involve doubles.
- Average 8 drop-and-hook stops and 2 live-unload stops per week.
- Operate a liftgate at one location approximately twice weekly.
- Drive automatic day-cab trucks; trucks must remain at the account during time off.
- Assist other accounts as needed and be prepared to chain when weather requires.
