About The Position

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated fleet in Ontario, California. The role involves local driving to transport bulk commodities using drop-and-hook operations, with drivers home every day or night. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Starting pay is $28.44 per hour for a Class A Driver and $30.44 per hour for a Class A Driver with a HAZMAT endorsement. Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License and Medical Card.
• At least one year of recent Class A driving experience.
• Provide a current MVR (DMV) printout dated within 30 days.
• Ability to meet all DOT physical and driving requirements.
• Ability to be flexible with the work schedule.
• Ability to physically lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• HAZMAT endorsement preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspection paperwork and scale all loads in the yard.
• Ensure shipment and billing paperwork is completed properly.
• Deliver trailers to different types of yards and place them in the customer’s specified location.
• Provide a club yard check and trailer mileage at the time of delivery.
• Meet with customer staff and provide excellent customer service.
