About The Position

We are looking for a few solid drivers in Shreveport who want to run miles and get paid on time. This position offers no forced NYC, no touching freight, and no micromanagement. Drivers can expect consistent miles, modern equipment, and a flexible home time policy.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A
• 21+ years old
• 3+ months recent TT experience (40ft+)
• Clean MVR (No SAP; No DUI in last 5 years)
• Must pass DOT physical & drug test

Responsibilities

• Run miles consistently
• Operate a 2021 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth
• Handle 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop and hook
• Adhere to a flexible home time policy

Benefits

• Weekly Average: $1,300 – $1,500
• Top Earners: $1,750+ per week
• Rate: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM (Based on experience)
