About The Position

HWY Express is seeking CDL-A No-Touch Drivers for regional routes. This position offers stable, no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook opportunities, ensuring consistent dispatch flow and predictable weekly routing. Drivers can expect to be home every 7-10 days with a 34-48 hour reset. The company utilizes late-model Freightliner and Kenworth trucks (2021 or newer) equipped for driver comfort and efficiency. This role is built around predictable freight flow, no-touch operations, and structured home time designed to support long-term driver stability.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 months recent experience within the last 3 years.
• Valid DOT medical card required.

Responsibilities

• Operate late-model Freightliner and Kenworth trucks (2021 or newer) on regional lanes.
• Transport no-touch dry van freight with a focus on drop-and-hook opportunities.
• Adhere to predictable weekly routing and steady freight availability.
• Maintain consistent miles and dependable weekly workflow across familiar freight lanes.
• Ensure consistent uptime and reliable performance on established lanes.
• Participate in streamlined paid onboarding, including travel support, lodging, and transportation assistance for orientation and road test completion if required.
