This is a structured regional solo driver development program for people who already hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. The program begins with 4 to 6 weeks of paid training to learn regional routes and equipment safety. After successfully completing training, drivers transition to solo status and receive their own assigned truck. After the training phase, solo drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week, with additional detention and layover pay for shipper delays. The role offers W2 employment and predictable, year-round freight. Drivers must be able to run regional lanes in the East Coast or Southwest and spend up to two weeks at a time on the road.
