Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, with acceptable driving record
- Class A CDL
- DOT Medical Certificate
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- (N) Tanker Endorsement
- Previous Agronomy Experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive representation of Heritage Cooperative’s Core Values: Provide Superior Customer Service, Highest Standards of Integrity and Trust, Continuous Improvement, Being a Good Partner.
- Communicate customer needs and inquiries to appropriate personnel for follow up.
- Conduct required pre and post trip inspections.
- Maintain necessary truck and delivery logs.
- Maintain equipment and facilities in a neat, clean, safe and environmental sound condition.
- Utilize equipment such as a forklift and/or loader to assist in the delivery of product.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound inventory.
- Deliver agronomy products to local destinations in a safe and timely manner.
- Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
