Class 1 Professional Truck Driver
About The Position
The Kenan Advantage Group Inc., (KAG), is North America’s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, delivering energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our Canadian Operating companies are Westcan Bulk Transport, RTL Construction, Les Distributions Carl Beaulac, and Fisher Transport – KAG Canada! Our Winnipeg Terminal in BC is currently recruiting Class 1 drivers for the following hauls from Winnipeg: Fuel. Rate of Pay: $31/hr (day rate). Work Schedule: 2 weeks in the truck, 1 paid reset over the road, then home for 2 days off. Delivery to mine and retail sites. Position is a combination of day shift and night shift. Paid product training at $29.45/hr.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Class 1/AZ tractor-trailer experience.
- On-site drug and alcohol screen.
- Job abilities assessment.
- Company paid criminal record search.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Liquid Bulk and Super B trailers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fuel to mine and retail sites.
- Operate as a Class 1 driver for hauls from Winnipeg.
- Work a schedule of 2 weeks in the truck, 1 paid reset over the road, then 2 days off.
- Complete on-site drug and alcohol screening.
- Undergo a job abilities assessment.
- Pass a company-paid criminal record search.
