About The Position

The Kenan Advantage Group Inc., (KAG), is North America’s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, delivering energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our Canadian Operating companies are Westcan Bulk Transport, RTL Construction, Les Distributions Carl Beaulac, and Fisher Transport – KAG Canada! Westcan is currently seeking a Professional Class 1 Driver to join our team for the Season in Grande Prairie, with a focus on Hopper, Frac sand.

Requirements

• Class 1/AZ License with a minimum of 2 years of recent highway experience.
• Chain experience required.
• On site drug and alcohol screen.
• Job abilities assessment.
• Company-paid criminal check.
• External applicants in consideration will adhere to a company-paid criminal record search.

Nice To Haves

• Super B, hopper and off-road experience are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products.
• Focus on Hopper, Frac sand transport.
• Willingness to stay in the truck for the duration of the rotation.

Benefits

• Training pay $28.50/hr, Base pay $30/hr.
• $300 paid per on-road reset.
• OT after 55 hours a week.
• Paid product training and certification.
• Personal Protective Equipment is provided to all employees.
• Seasonal drivers are provided roundtrip airfare OR mileage.
• 6-month contract with an option to renew.
