About The Position

The Kenan Advantage Group Inc., (KAG), is North America’s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, delivering energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our Canadian Operating companies are Westcan Bulk Transport, RTL Construction, Les Distributions Carl Beaulac, and Fisher Transport – KAG Canada! Westcan is currently seeking a Professional Class 1 Driver to join our team in Grande Prairie, with a focus on Hopper, Frac sand.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial highway driving experience
• Chaining experience required
• Willingness to stay in the truck for duration of your rotation
• On-site drug and alcohol screen, job abilities assessment, and company paid criminal check

Nice To Haves

• Super B, tanker and off-road experience are a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
• Operate a Class 1 truck with a focus on Hopper, Frac sand.
• Stay in the truck for the duration of your rotation.
• Perform on-site drug and alcohol screening, job abilities assessment, and company-paid criminal check.
• Chain up when required, especially for leaving the Peace River Mine Site during winter months.
