About The Position

We are seeking a Class 1 driver for our Melfort location. The ideal candidate will be providing service to a well-established customer base. This is an incentive-based paying location. Along with a great compensation package, we offer benefits, profit sharing, and a uniform allowance.

Requirements

• Class 1 license required
• Ability to complete proper pre/post & inter trips
• Knowledge of ELD (Electronic Logging Devices)
• Knowledge of hours of service
• Knowledge of load securement TDG & WHMIS
• Physically Fit
• Must have good customer service skills
• Must be reliable, dependable, and hard-working
• Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check, driver's abstract, and 2 work-related references

Responsibilities

• Plan, load, and unload trailers.
• Use an electronic handheld device to record damages and shortages.
• Pick up and deliver freight.
• Use a handheld to obtain customer signatures.
