Responsibilities include analyzing trends, providing reports, contributing to forecasting and planning, generating risk analysis reports, and monitoring quality control. The role also entails managing high-exposure and complex files, overseeing the operational management of the Claims Department for productivity, efficiency, and accuracy, and providing claims support to teams. Additionally, the supervisor will direct claims staff hiring, oversight, coaching, and training, and manage BI claims including litigation management and settlement negotiations. A strong claims handling background with leadership/supervisor experience is essential.
