About The Position

We have been in operation since 1962 and are nationally recognized as a member of Ward's Top 50 and rated A++ by A.M.Best. We are looking for a Claims Supervisor II - Property to join our team! Summary : Supervises claims adjusters and technical support staff to manage the day-to-day handling and settlement of claims, the processing and tracking of documents, making payments, tracking trends and communicating with underwriting. A typical day will include the following : Participates in the hiring, training, evaluation and development of the claims staff. Assures that department targets for customer service quality and priorities are met. Assures that corporate claims handling procedures and priorities are followed and that budget and productivity requirements are met. Supervises the day-to-day activities of a claims handling unit; oversees the investigation of insurance claims. National Range : $114,408.00 - $127,868.00 Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
