About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Processor to join a growing healthcare benefits administration team. This role is responsible for reviewing, processing, and adjudicating healthcare reimbursement claims while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic
• Ability to process repetitive work while maintaining quality standards

Responsibilities

• Review and process healthcare reimbursement claims
• Verify claim information for accuracy and completeness
• Enter and update claim information across multiple systems
• Research and resolve claim discrepancies and documentation issues
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Meet established productivity and turnaround time goals
• Utilize multiple software applications and dual-monitor workstations
• Provide occasional phone support as needed
• Follow established procedures and workflow guidelines
