Daily learning activities involve gathering and documenting First Notice of Loss (FNOL) details, requesting and analyzing information from various sources to validate claims, and beginning to investigate and settle claims under supervision. Participants will also gain an understanding of liability assessment, coverage determination based on policy terms, and working knowledge of the company's products, services, and customer support strategies.
