About The Position

The Claims Coordinator, within the Quality Services Division of the Nucor Insulated Panel Group (NIPG) in Brigham City, UT, is responsible for communicating with customers to resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions, and assisting with the remake order process in D365. This role also involves leading investigations to determine root causes of problems, collaborating with other departments to find solutions, and facilitating process improvements. The position requires a strong commitment to safety, including the ability to uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
• Prior experience with Microsoft programs, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• One year experience in customer service or adjacent department.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in D365.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers on a regular basis to problem solve issues they are experiencing.
• Assure timely accurate resolutions are provided to customers.
• Assist in remake order process in D365.
• Help lead investigations to get to root cause of issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and help facilitate process improvements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by Quality Services Supervisor.
• Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
