The Claims Associates are responsible for evaluating, processing, and managing Loss prevention (LP) & insurance claims from initial submission through final resolution. This role involves investigating LP’s, claim details, confirming policy coverage, communicating with claimants, witnesses, and other stakeholders, and determining appropriate claim outcomes or payouts. Claims Associates balance strong customer service skills with accurate documentation, detailed file management, and timely administrative follow-through.
