We are currently looking for a Claims Technical Assistant who has the character and personality to work with a strong team of personable and successful individuals. Candidate will be required to be in office at our Kansas City, MO location Monday-Friday between 8-4pm.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year office work experience
  • Knowledge of current business software such as Word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • General tasks such as answering telephone inquiries, greeting visitors in a professional manner, deliveries and couriers, sorting incoming mail, and ordering office supplies.
  • Capable of working independently and on a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment.
  • Assist with meeting logistics.
  • Collaborate with Adjusters and Branch Leaders.
  • Responsible for electronic filing, mail processing, document scanning, letter and other document preparation.
  • Customer service.
  • First point of contact for customers.
  • Taking reports over the phone.
