The Claims Administrator is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the Claims and Inspections department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle inspections, claims administration, and reporting activities. This role plays a key part in protecting Autoport from claim liability through detailed documentation, critical analysis, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Claims Administrator is also responsible for completing and auditing vehicle inspection reports, processing claims, supporting third-party recoveries, and maintaining accurate records related to marine, trucking, and freight claims.
