About The Position

The Claims Adjuster will be the calm, competent voice our customers hear when they have an auto insurance claim. This role guides customers through the claims process from first call to final resolution, investigating coverage, working disputes, and coordinating with attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders. This position requires using judgment, documenting reasoning, and owning the outcome from start to finish.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree, or a high school diploma plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
An active Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License (or the ability to obtain one quickly at the company's expense).
Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Solid Microsoft Office proficiency.
Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment where time management and attention to detail are critical.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable mindset.
Ability to work in a team that relies on each other.

Responsibilities

Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims, including complex ones.
Review policies to confirm coverage and address related issues.
Manage customer interactions with professionalism and accuracy, even in difficult conversations.
Respond to demands, requests, and questions with clear communication to keep all parties informed.
Collaborate with attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain detailed and timely records.
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and company regulations.
