About The Position

We are a leading personal auto insurer in Florida, established in 2007 and based in Plantation, Florida. We work with thousands of agents to provide insurance that is a promise kept. Our core values are humility, accountability, common sense, and enjoying the ride. We take our customers and each other seriously, but not ourselves. We believe in in-person collaboration and build our team in-office first, with remote options available for those not living near Plantation. You will be the calm, competent voice our customers hear when they have an auto insurance claim, guiding them through the process from first call to final resolution. This role requires using judgment, documenting reasoning, and owning the outcome.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree, or a high school diploma plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
An active Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License (or the ability to obtain one quickly at our expense).
Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Solid Microsoft Office proficiency.
Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment with a need for time management and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable mindset.

Responsibilities

Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims, including complex ones.
Review policies to confirm coverage and address related issues.
Manage customer interactions with professionalism and accuracy, even in difficult conversations.
Respond to demands, requests, and questions with clear communication to keep all stakeholders informed.
Work with attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders to close claims.
Maintain detailed, timely records.
Stay compliant with federal and state laws and company regulations.
