Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire a Claim Advisor, Auto to join our Maritimes team. To meet our customer’s needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm AST. Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Adjusting License Level 1 or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years handling complex automobile claims is required
- Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy
Nice To Haves
- Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation
Responsibilities
- Review insurance policy and coverages
- Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability
- Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices.
- Collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement
Benefits
- Compensation Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 44,454.00 - 67,890.00 annually.
