Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years insurance defense litigation experience
  • Ability to strategize defense litigation
  • Ability to formulate litigation plans
  • Ability to budget costs
  • Ability to evaluate exposures
  • Good working knowledge of South Carolina substantive and procedural law
  • Good working knowledge of federal procedural rules
  • Highly motivated with exceptional credentials
