Requirements

Minimum 2 years insurance defense litigation experience
Ability to strategize defense litigation
Ability to formulate litigation plans
Ability to budget costs
Ability to evaluate exposures
Good working knowledge of South Carolina substantive and procedural law
Good working knowledge of federal procedural rules
Highly motivated with exceptional credentials
Strong academic background
Strong analytical skills
