About The Position

Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure, is seeking a Civil Transportation Entry-Level Engineer to join our company. This position will be working with our Civil team in the Portsmouth, NH office.

Requirements

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Personal organization and time management skills
• Able to build strong relationship with coworkers
• Committed to continual learning
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and results driven
• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering required or similar

Nice To Haves

• Experience in DOT work a plus
• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Planning, design, and construction administration for various civil and transportation projects
• Provide support to Lead Project Engineers and other team members
• Hydraulic design – pump and piping systems
• Hydraulic distribution system modeling
• Treatment design
• Write technical reports, memos, and other communications
• Field work
