About The Position

TCI is a telecom infrastructure solutions company serving wireless carriers, network operators, and tower companies with construction, operation, and maintenance services for network infrastructure. The Civil Technician III works independently or as part of a small crew at project sites, following foreman instructions and maintaining safety, responsible tool and equipment use, and performance standards. The role includes learning to interpret construction drawings and foundation designs, coordinating daily with the Foreman and Construction Manager to meet schedules, and working long hours with occasional travel.

Requirements

At least 4 years of work experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Willingness to obtain a Hydraulics License.
Ability to work long hours and travel occasionally.
Ability to work in varied physical positions, including sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and driving.
Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout the year.
Ability to wear common protective safety equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and a high-visibility vest.

Nice To Haves

3 or more years of experience in civil works, preferably on and around various wireless sites.
OSHA 10 Certification.

Responsibilities

Work independently or as part of a 2–3-person crew at project sites while meeting safety, tool and equipment usage, and performance standards.
Follow instructions from the foreman.
Use basic hand tools required to perform the job.
Learn to read and interpret construction drawings and foundation designs.
Follow safety procedures, complete daily JSA/toolbox talks, and maintain good housekeeping on site.
Work with the Foreman and Construction Manager daily to ensure schedules are met.
Perform other duties as assigned.
