Under the general direction of the External Civil Rights (ECR) Program Managers, this position is responsible for implementation and monitoring of ADOT’s external federal civil rights programs mandated requirements for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the National Highway Transportation Administration (NHTSA), and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). This position provides guidance and training on external civil rights requirements and will evaluate documents submitted for compliance, review, and will process discrimination related complaints. This position is necessary and required to provide support to ADOT’s ECR Programs. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
