The Civil Rights Compliance Coordinator will provide civil rights support to members of The Texas A&M University System. Under the direction of the Executive Director, Civil Rights Compliance, the position will advise, train, consult, and assist with the implementation of policies, practices, and procedures across the System in civil rights matters. The position will support the coordination and management of internal and external civil rights cases, compliance with Anti-DEi Law, and custodianship of records and resources maintained in the civil rights office. The role will assist System members with best practices related to intake, investigation, and resolution of civil rights complaints, and coordinate training initiatives designed to promote compliance with civil rights laws and System policies and practices.
