As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead design teams and assist with team development while focusing on business development responsibilities in the Rock Hill area. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • 10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal and/or transportation infrastructure
  • Experience & enjoyment of managing and mentoring staff
  • Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development
  • Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment is essential
  • Strong active listening and team building skills
  • Possess valid driver’s license
  • Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new client relationships in dynamic markets for transportation/municipal projects to position for growth of our business in the Southeast market
  • Utilize your expertise on transportation or municipal project management
  • Responsible for planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management
  • Lead junior staff and promote the growth of their technical skills
