About The Position

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the San Jose, CA area for a local individual with 3+ years’ experience as a Project Engineer with a background in Wastewater/Water Treatment facility projects. Requirements

5+ years of Project Engineering/ Management experience with large Civil/Wastewater/Water Treatment facility projects
Experience with Construction Administration duties including directing and supervising field construction activities
Serving as liaison
Monitoring project plans/specs in tandem with project budget and schedule
Responding to RFI’s, Submittits, Contractor scheduling, Close-Out Documentation, etc.
Overseeing and communicating project progress
Coordinating contractors daily/weekly
Interacting with clients, designers, contractors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related
California Professional Engineer (P.E.) License

Certified Construction Manager (C.C.M.)

Responsibilities
