About The Position

Atwell, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to work on site/civil engineering and land development projects. This role involves actively participating in the growth of the firm. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical excellence in engineering principles and practices, with expertise in designing potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and related land development projects. The Project Engineer will manage projects from entitlements through to construction, coordinate various aspects of project development, and efficiently process multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies. They will also actively participate in company marketing efforts, foster relationships with clients and governmental agencies, and contribute to company growth through high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University
  • 4+ years of Civil Land Development experience
  • PE Licensure Required

Nice To Haves

  • AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred.

  • Implement complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules, ranging from large-scale developments to compact commercial infills.
  • Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance our company's profile and foster relationships with existing and future clients and governmental agencies.
  • Contribute to the growth of the company by delivering high-quality projects and client satisfaction.
