We handle a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters, with a focus on real estate, construction, business, employment, land use, municipal issues, and wills/trusts disputes. Requirements

3 - 8 years of civil litigation experience in Virginia.
A Virginia law license in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
Proven experience handling cases in Virginia state and federal courts.
Ability to manage cases independently as well as work collaboratively with co-counsel and team members.
A high level of organization and initiative.
A personable, dynamic, and professional communication style.
A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
An interest in business development and expanding client relationships.
