About The Position
A boutique, fast-paced, extremely busy law firm that specializes in employment law, is seeking an experienced attorney, local to the area, to support the senior attorneys at the firm. The ideal candidate will join a team in providing strategies and in some cases, defend, employers against employee complaints. We offer a very relaxed office atmosphere with a casual dress-code and a low billable hour requirement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Civil Litigation
- Proficient in Cloud as everything is paperless
- Some Excel training
Nice To Haves
- Employment law experience is a plus
- Pro Law systems knowledge is a plus
- Class action knowledge is a plus
- PAGA knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide strategies for employers against employee complaints
- Defend employers against employee complaints
