About The Position

Barge Design Solutions is seeking a hard-working and dedicated college student to intern next summer in Knoxville, TN. This paid internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in civil engineering, learn from great mentors and leaders, and contribute to project deliverables. The intern will collaborate with team members on new ideas and innovations, support engineers, and gain experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation, and preparation of construction documents.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree from an accredited university
• Major: Civil Engineering
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with team members on new ideas/innovations
• Supporting Engineers in completing project deliverables
• AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation
• Preparation of construction documents
