Requirements

Proven experience in civil estimating within commercial and industrial construction environments
Strong understanding of site work, utilities, grading, and infrastructure scopes
Experience working with high-volume bid environments
Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Civil engineering: 2 years (Required)
Construction estimating: 2 years (Required)
Underground utilities installation: 2 years (Required)

Nice To Haves

Experience with large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects
Familiarity with estimating software and takeoff tools
Background working with top ENR contractors or specialty civil firms

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed civil construction estimates for data center projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate cost projections
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and project teams to support winning proposals
Perform quantity takeoffs, pricing analysis, and subcontractor/vendor coordination
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within project scopes
Support preconstruction efforts and contribute to bid strategy
