About The Position

This is an 11-week internship program where you will work alongside experienced civil engineers and project teams on active development projects. You will gain hands-on experience in site development and land planning, support design efforts for grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater, and participate in site layout and permitting coordination. The role also involves attending site visits, observing construction progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering), gaining exposure to client meetings and project coordination, and learning how civil engineering supports various development projects from concept to construction.

Requirements

Currently enrolled as a junior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Interested in land development, infrastructure, or site design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator and collaborative team player
Eager to learn in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary AEC environment

Responsibilities

Assist with site development and land planning projects
Support grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design efforts
Participate in site layout and permitting coordination
Attend site visits and observe construction progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering
