About The Position

Arcadis is seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join their Land/Site Development Team across the USA. This hybrid role involves working on dynamic and complex civil development projects such as hospitals, airports, residential neighborhoods, shopping centers, and educational campuses. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creating innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 3 or more years working in land development or site civil projects
• Detailed knowledge of relevant national/state standards and codes of practice
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (required)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and related tools
• Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Commitment to health and safety

Nice To Haves

• EIT or PE certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
• Design grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and utility layouts
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation
