As a Civil Engineer Trainee, you will perform the following duties: Training Rotation: Rotate through multiple engineering units to develop a strong civil engineering foundation Project Exposure: Work on a variety of assignments that support public safety and environmental protection Skill Development: Build knowledge in areas such as materials, traffic, construction, and roadway planning Team Collaboration: Work with supervisors and staff in each unit to complete assigned tasks Progress Review: Receive feedback before moving to the next rotation segment.
