Civil Engineer PE / Partner Potential

A growing multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm in the Greenville area is looking for a Civil Engineer or Civil Designer who wants more than just another production role. The owner is specifically looking for someone with the drive, professionalism, and long-term vision to eventually grow into a Partner within the firm. Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering design or civil drafting
- Strong AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D experience
- PE License in South Carolina
- Ability to independently complete drawings and design work efficiently
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term growth

Responsibilities
- Civil engineering design and drafting for commercial and site development projects
- Site layout, grading, drainage, and stormwater management
- Assisting with permitting and regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with internal disciplines and project stakeholders
- Supporting project management efforts and client communication
- Helping deliver high-quality plans efficiently and accurately
