Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 4 years of site development/land development experience
E.I.T. required
Proficiency in Civil 3D and related design software
Strong understanding of stormwater management, grading, and utility design
Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time

Nice To Haves

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and review site development plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design
Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for stormwater management
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and quality
Mentor junior staff and contribute to project team growth
Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
Assist in preparation of proposals, cost estimates, and technical reports
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and design standards
